How can I order Hello Elks products for my shop?
All wholesale orders are placed through Faire.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes - our wholesale minimum order values are outlined on our Faire storefront.
Opening orders start at $150 AUD, with a $100 AUD minimum for reorders.

When will I receive my order?
All Hello Elks products are made to order.
Current turnaround times are:
• Art Prints: approx. 2 weeks
• All Other Products: approx. 4 weeks
We always aim to dispatch sooner where possible.
Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking details will be provided through Faire once your order is on its way.
If you have a specific delivery date or urgent request, feel free to reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return wholesale products?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations are not accepted once payment has been received.
Replacements are offered for faulty items only; refunds or credits are not available. Faulty or misprinted items must be reported within 7 days of receipt and include clear photographs.
Returns for change of mind or overstock are not accepted.
